How time flies!

Winter has come and everything slows down.
Nature pulls back deep into the earth & we're asked to do the same

Withdraw.

Withdraw from the news & media,
withdraw from fear, chaos and separation.
And find our roots deep within ourselves!

Until the light comes back in Spring and
brings a hopeful new beginning.

This is a time of transformation -
individually and collectively.

Because whoever hasn't faced their own darkness,
won't be able to see it in the world and hence, stay blind.

We're asked to transform!
Leaving the old behind & planting seeds for the new..

Questions we can ask: 

- What do I want to bring into this world?
- How do I wish my life and this world to look like?
- What if it was possible AND allowed to come easy?
- In exchange, am I willing to let go of the old & known? Would I dare to say goodbye to what I've built and believed, my mind, reputation even?
- Have I really faced my shadows, trauma & roots yet?

☄︎ Seeds planted into the dark now will blossom when the light returns.

I've also been going through a phase of turmoil, a breakup and illness.
Coming out on the other side with new inspiration, focus and clarity about life!
